When you contact us due to your interest in our work, if you visit our website ( or, if you submit your data to receive our notifications such as newsletters or those of the above mentioned platforms, if you complete a survey concerning one of our projects or if you sign up for one of our own events or one in which we collaborate.

Which data do we collect?

The personal information we collect includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, the organization you work for, your role title and how you have engaged with us, such as which events projects and activities you have taken part in or expressed an interest in.

If you establish a contractual relationship with us through Ecoacsa, we will obtain financial information necessary to process the contract.

We also use anonymous data to understand how visitors to our websites are using the site.

How and why do we use this information?

– make you aware of potential collaboration opportunities or activities that might be appropriate to your interests including networks or events;

We consider our legitimate interest to be managing Natural Capital Factory’s relationship with people that have expressed an interest in our work. Processing personal data will enable Natural Capital Factory to inform you of relevant progress on projects and to obtain feedback on activities and outputs.

Who will be your information be shared with?

The Natural Capital Factory will never sell your information to third parties. We may share your information with Natural Capital Factory collaborating entities who are involved in collaborative projects that you have expressed interest in or with those collaborators with whom we jointly develop projects for you/your company under a contractual relationship. We will have data protection agreements in place with these organisations to ensure that they cannot use your data for other purposes without your agreement.
