The four overarching goals of the United Nations Biodiversity Plan that must be achieved by 2050 focus on the health of ecosystems and species<\/strong>, including halting human-induced species extinction, the sustainable use of biodiversity, the equitable sharing of benefits, and the implementation and financing. The latter includes closing the biodiversity funding gap of $700 billion USD per year.

In this context, the importance of developing innovative financing mechanisms<\/strong> that integrate both public and private efforts is recognized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
