Privacy policy

Natural Capital Factory will act in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD), and the Law on Information Society Services (LSSI), regarding the maintenance of confidentiality and the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by users of this website.

We inform you that the personal data obtained through the data collection forms www.naturalcapitalfactory.es will not be transferred to third parties. In the event that the data is to be transferred to third parties, the Natural Capital Factory team will first request the consent of the data subject for this purpose, indicating to whom the data will be transferred and for what purpose. The basis that legitimizes the processing of your data is the consent you give us by submitting the form with your personal data. Your data will be retained by the Natural Capital Factory while managing your request or until you object to such processing.

How do we obtain information about you?

We obtain information about you when you contact us showing interest in our work, visit our website (www.naturalcapitalfactory.es) www.naturalcapitalfactory.es), register to receive information prepared by us such as our newsletter, complete a survey related to one of our projects, or sign up for an event that we organize or collaborate in organizing. Additionally, we also obtain your data when you are in contact with a member of the Natural Capital Factory team via email, during the course of an event, or when you are introduced by a third party.
